A New Year
I have been working on my classroom this past week. I had to move from the main building outside to a portable which was a lot of work. On top of that, my air conditioner was broken and it was terribly HOT! I finally got a new air conditioning unit and it is nice and cool in my room now, which is great! Here are some pictures of my new room A.K.A. The Learning Cottage. 
I also got to meet most of my students yesterday at Meet The Teacher. They seem like they will be a really great class! I'm excited to start on Monday!

I love the cowboy theme! Maybe it should be your new classroom aka "the learning ranch"! I'll be praying for you and thinking of you tomorrow.
I am shocked at the cowboy theme! Of course I totally approve! You could even switch out the baseball hat for a cowboy hat on the gator! Your classroom looks so clean and neat and light! I think you'll love it.
That's a pretty short paper chain! It will disappear quickly, Eric!
