31 Weeks

Well, we've made it to 31 weeks. Can't believe I have 9 or less weeks before I have babies in my arms! This week I was able to take my mom to my doctor appointment and she got to see the heartbeats and we also got to see Baby B (the boy) breathing! She of course cried. These two maniacs are wiggly and have been keeping me up at night from all of their gymnastics. I love feeling them but I wish they would let me sleep!
I am so thankful that this pregnancy has been pretty uneventful (other than my falls last week). I haven't noticed much of a difference between this pregnancy and my single pregnancy with Titus. I read somewhere that the biggest difference with twins (besides all the potential complications at delivery) is that everything that could happen in a single pregnancy is more likely to happen in a twin pregnancy. That has been the one thing that has been different, there is more everything. More appointments (I just booked 21 appointments between now and week 39 and that's not even including my ultrasound appointments that I need to book!), there's more heartburn, I am always more hungry, there are more stretch marks, I feel more movement, I have more trouble sleeping at night, and I am more tired. The good thing is, it's one less pregnancy and one more baby :)

Please pray that Baby A turns to head down position as that will determine if I am able to try a natural delivery (VBAC) instead of a C-Section. Up until this point the babies have had enough space to turn around but in the next couple weeks they will run out of room and will be set in a position that will determine what kind of delivery I will have.

We still have a lot of work to do on the Nursery but at least they have a place to sleep if they come early.

The doctor says I am measuring at 36 weeks (if I were having just one baby)
