We didn’t have a car in Boston because it’s so easy to walk and use the subway. Everything is pretty close together, so it makes it really convenient. We went on a duck tour, a tour that is on old WWII vehicles that go on both land and water. We got a tour of the whole city including a short trip on the Charles River.

We enjoyed time at the Museum of Science, which has the world’s largest lightning simulator.

We watched a 3D movie in the museum

Our brother-in-law’s sister and her husband own a restaurant in a suburb of Boston called Braintree, so we decided to go have dinner there. We had a little adventure getting there. There was a fire on the Subway, so we were detoured by shuttle buses. We made it, but learned our lesson that you can’t always count on public transportation.
