It was Eric's Birthday yesterday. We had a nice relaxing day. We had some friends of ours over, Erin and Dustin for games and Eric's birthday request, HULA PIE. This is the dessert that he had one our honeymoon in Hawaii and fell in love with it....I tried to make our own version and it turned out pretty well. I'm sure he would have rather been in Hawaii eating his hula pie....
