It's November!

The first Thursday of every month our One Another Group (Bible Study) has a potluck. This month we had a huge Thanksgiving feast! We were missing a few couples but here are some pictures of the people who were there.

This is Betsy who is married to Dan (in another picture). They just got married in August and recently joined our group. She works at the church and he is a seminary student. They are from Florida. This is Dustin and Erin, who we spend a lot of time with. They are from Texas, Dustin is a grad student studying classics ( greek and latin) and Erin is a scientist.
This is Carrie who is married to Patrick (in another picture), she is a middle school teacher and he is a grad student studying the same thing that Eric is. They are from Texas too. Christy and Travis got married about a week after Eric and I did. Christy works for a local company, editing (prooftext I think it's called) and Travis is a medical student. Travis and Christy are from Florida.

Our church is doing the ministry this year through Samaritans Purse called Operation Christmas Child where you put together a box of toys and hygiene products to send to children around the world. Our group made up 20 boxes.
