Busy July

We have been busy and have been enjoying our summer! A few weekends ago we went to a new spring that we have never been to before. Eric tried out his new snorkel gear. This spring backed up to a lake and everyone parked their boats right outside the entrance to the spring, it was like a big party in the water, everyone was listening to music and playing in the water, there was even a boat that would go in between all the boats and sell refreshments, snow cones, hot dogs, boiled peanuts...

Every year, University of Florida has a fireworks show on the 3rd of July. This year is was raining ALL day, but in hopes of it clearning up, we went to the top of a parking structure with chairs, a BBQ, and games to wait for the fireworks. It was raining A LOT so the boys stayed outside and barbequed in the rain while the girls waited in the car. It did clear up right before the fireworks so we were able to see them!!On the 4th we went to our old bible study leader's house and had dinner and fireworks. Little Caleb wasn't too fond of the fireworks :)

This past weekend we went with our friends Erin and Dustin to Atlanta where Erin's parents currently live. We had a great weekend. We visited the Coke factory where we got to taste all kinds of Coca-Cola products from all over the world, some did not taste very good as you can see. We went to a Braves game. There was a rain delay during the game and 2 fans ran on the field and got arrested! The Braves won at the bottom of the 9th!

Before we left town, we stopped and ate at Atlanta's famous restaurant, The Varsity. Eric enjoyed his 'Frosted Orange' which tastes like a creamsicle, and his hat.
